A WSCE Mini LNG Plant is a modularized turnkey small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) solution. One Mini LNG plant consists of standard 20 foot transport containers.  Capacity range from 4,000 to 20,000 gallon per day

A tested solution and a reality today: This small scale LNG solution has been in production in the field in multiple locations for over three years. One Mini LNG plant consists of ten containers, including feed gas purification, liquefaction, and LNG storage. Because the plants are modular it is possible to move them them from one plant site to another if needed. The units are easy to install with bolt connections between containers and there are no heavy concrete foundations required for the equipment. WSCE MiniLNG plants are affordable and all the equipment in each unit container is manufactured and tested in house.

Below: WSCE Mini LNG-1 in use at a LNG  truck fueling station. The station is supplied gas via pipeline.  WSCE plants then liquify the gas for use in LNG fueled trucks. Equipment installed below is the standard package of WSCE Mini LNG-1. The capacity is 4,000 US gallons (approximately 350,000 cubic feet of gas) per day.  For truck fueling, two units are added to the liquefaction plant, the LNGV Tank and Pump Unit and Fueling and Metering Unit.

This includes supporting equipment such as compressors, gas power generators, instruments, materials and more. All of the Mini LNG plants are constructed, assembled and tested in house before being shipped out to a customer. Fabrication Standards: ASME, API, IEC codes are used for all pressure vessels, compressors, pumps, and electrical devices upon customer specified regulations.   Because the WSCE MiniLNG plants are modular they can be shipped anywhere in the world and set up in weeks. Lead times can be as short as four months.
